- ▢ 1-1.5 lbs Hanger steak
- ▢ 1 tsp Kosher Salt
- ▢ 1/2 tsp Black Pepper
- ▢ 1 tbsp Unsalted Butter or compound butter

Start by removing the hanger steak from the package and patting it dry with paper towels.
