Step 1
Prepare a 13×3.5-inch tart tin or an 8-inch cake square cake tin by greasing it or lining it with parchment paper.
Step 2
In a saucepan over low heat, combine the condensed milk, chopped chocolate, cocoa powder and unsalted butter. Stir until the chocolate is melted.
Step 3
Pour the chocolate into the prepared pan. Top with the chopped pecans and cranberries, if using. Refrigerate until set.
