Open faced egg sandwiches

Ingredients

  1. 4 large egg whites
  2. 2large eggs
  3. 2 tbsp. Parmesan cheese
  4. 2 tsp. Butter,softened
  5. 2 slices whole wheat bread,toasted
  6. 1/8 tsp. Dried rosemary
  7. 1/8 tsp. Pepper

Cooking Instructions

    Heat a small nonstick skillet coated with cooking spray over medium-high heat. Whisk the egg whites,eggs and cheese; add to skillet. Cook and stir until set. Spread butter over toasts; top with egg mixture. Sprinkle with rosemary and pepper.
